Cannot enable "spam filter" inside email account

Hi Folks,

I am running Plesk 8.2 into a Windows Server 2003 machine...

There is a domain that I had enabled spam filtering with success, inside some email accounts. But other email accounts for the same domain I am not able to do the same.

I click to enable the "spam filter" box inside the "mail" config for the domain, and it simply does not work...

I have tried with and without the "server wide settings". Does anybody have a clue? Spam filtering management check box is enabled inside the domain administration.... have tried also to check Mail Enable integrity (mchk.exe) for the domain, and everything looks fine.
