Cannot FTP to a domain after IP adress change

Hi,

I have changed the IP adress of a domain for an exclusive IP.
Since then, i cannot access the FTP server.

I have tried the solutions proposed in the following KB :

No success

Any ideas?

Also, if somebody could explain me the purpose of creating distinct inetpub\vhosts\servers folders for home directories instead of \inetpub\vhost\*domains, i would appreciate it.

once u change ip address u have to use IP address for ftp instead of the domain name.

You can start using the domain name for ftp, only after it starts resolving to the new IP.
