PROBLEM DESCRIPTION

Upon logging into Plesk 360 and then clicking on the "support" button at the bottom right of the screen, im taken to https://support.plesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new which says:

Dear customer,

In order to be able to submit request to our Plesk team you need to Sign in (using corporate e-mail address if you are Partner) or Sign up. This is a step to improve the security of data that is being submitted between both parties as we value your privacy. If you are having issues logging in, please check this article.

If I click on the SIgn In link, this takes me to https://support.plesk.com/hc/en-us/signin where there is a link at the top right of the screen saying "submit a request".

When I click on "submit a request" im taken back to https://support.plesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new and am not able to raise a ticket.
