Cannot log onto webmail?

I created some email accounts in the Plesk Control panel and cannot log onto them. It keeps giving me an Authentication error. I know that the mail function for the domain is active, and I've read through the kb. This is frustrating and confusing. If anyone could point me in the direction, this would be greatly appretiated.
 
No I just use the username as the webmail login prompt shows me that it's filling in the rest of the domain for me. Apparently it's something within my MX settings for mail telling me it's not set up correctly according to dnsreports. I'm trying to figure out what I'm doing wrong but I'm not an email guru...
