Cannot login or SSH into Plesk server

ChamithDMS

New Pleskian
Hi,
I cannot login to Plesk server with admin credentials as it says Error: Access for administrator from address 'xx.xx.xx.xx' is restricted in accordance with IP Access restriction policy currently applied.
Also I cannot SSH to server and it says connection refused.
Please help me to resolve this.

Thanks
- Chamith

The reason is right there ...

As for the SSH, if you have changed the port or restricted which IPs can access that service, then you will ONLY have 1 option (either to SSH from the restricted IP address or) to reboot your server in Recovery mode and reset the changes you made ...

You might want to seek help from your DC.

Looks like your subnet was restricted for admin access in Tools & Settings -> Restrict Administrative Access
