According to http://download.parallels.com/support/Parallels_Technical_Support_Guide.pdf you have 12 hours response time for your "Multi-License Support 20" Support Option.
As I see in ticket you have received first reply from support team in 9 hours. What is the problem?

But your cpanel provides support for free. Their reponse time is in some minutes. Why should we go for plesk? Its better to choose Enkompass and cpanel from cpanel.net. Is'n it?

Because we are in the agreement with Parallels, we are still holding with plesk.
