I am getting the following error. Can anybody help?

As I see your ticket #958963 has been processed. What is the problem?
 
It took more than 24 hrs to process. Its not so with other providers.
 
So, we are paying for support which will take more than 24 hrs?

But your cpanel provides support for free. Their reponse time is in some minutes. Why should we go for plesk? Its better to choose Enkompass and cpanel from cpanel.net. Is'n it?
 
But you have Plesk instead cPanel now, right? Where you will find cPanel for Windows? :)
 
Because we are in the agreement with Parallels, we are still holding with plesk.
Where you will find cPanel for Windows?
