Cannot Publish

I'm having trouble publishing using Sitebuilder 4.5 for Windows:

I'm getting this message when trying to publish:

The site cannot be published to the specified location.
Cannot find site files at http://www.rtfrench.com/dir1/. The specified site URL does not match the FTP settings.

Publishing Mode: FTP
Host: rtfrench.com
Port: 21
Password: xxxxxxxxxxxx
Working Directory: /dir1
Website URL: http://www.rtfrench.com/dir1

I have verified several times I'm able to log into FTP using the Login and Password ok.

I have verified the directory /dir1 does exist.

Help! I don't know what I'm doing wrong here.

As I understand you are trying to publish into domain hosted on Parallels Plesk CP, so try to define working directory in the following way: /httpdocs/dir1 . Also, check the following artilces, just in case:
