Cannot put in a clickable image or clickable text

Hi. Can anyone help me with how or if you can insert a clickable image that directs the viewer of your website to a new page, or clickable text from a page to a new page, on the Plesk Sitebuilder 4.5? It seems like a basic website feature that should be available, and I can't seem to find it anywhere or information on how to do it in the Plesk manual. Thanks
