• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Issue Cannot reinstall Plesk using --web-interface due to hsts

I recently had an issue with an update that messed a few things up, one of them being Plesk which became no longer accessible. I am trying to reinstall Plesk using the ./plesk-installer --web-interface command, but when I attempt to access the web page, it will not allow me, stating that hsts is active.

I am trying to determine where this is set on the server so that I can disable it. Server is Ubuntu 24.04

I searched through the Apache and Nginx files for 'Strict-Transport-Security' and I found the entries attached to the half dozen websites on this server, but resetting those has no effect.

Before installing, I can do a check on Chrome to Query HSTS/PKP domain and it comes up with nothing found, but as soon as I run the installer it keeps coming back from somewhere.

Can anyone point me in the direction of where I might locate this so I can continue?
