Cannot restore a snapshot

Hello
Iḿ having trouble with a site that can not restore a snapshot
The message I recieve is
Cannot connect to Parallels Presence Builder-server

We use web presence builder 12.0.6 on Plesk 2.0.18 Update #36,
OS is Debian 7.7
When I login to the server I can see the snapshots. They all look good.
I hope someone can help me out here.
