Resolved Cannot send emails Plesk Obsidian via VULTR hosting

I just recently switch to Plesk via VULTR, I'm still learning how to get around the admin.

I check a couple of tutorials but I cannot seem to send emails, it's always deferred. Incoming emails is not the problem just the outgoing, I wanna know what's wrong.

I attached my mail server settings.

VULTR blocks port 25, necessary for sending email by default. Contact VULTR for assistance.
