Cannot update license key

Hi,

i am using a linux server with Plesk 8.3 from the german hoster 1&1. Everything is working fine so far, but since a few days i am getting the message (roughly translated from german) "Warning: You are currently at the tolerance-time of your product license. To update your license, choose the option 'Access keys' from your license management."

Problem is, when i do that, i am getting the error message "Server response: No properly formed ip addresses".

Sadly, i don't possess the required server-knowledge to get any idea what could be wrong. So any help would be much appreciated!
 
Most likely you have a lease license which requires renewals which are most probably charged to your account. Looks like there is an issue with this charge. For more info contact 1and 1 directly .
