Cannot upload mp4 or mp3 to godaddy

I don't know if this is a plesk issue or with my isp.
I have a dedicated server with Godaddy.
I cannot upload mp4s to the server.
I keep getting

If I rename it, it uploads fine. But, if I rename it once it is on the server, I cannot access it through the web browser.

Any ideas?
