• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Cannot view mailbox quota usage

We are having an issue with not being able to view the mailbox quota usage for a client domain in Plesk 9.3

When viewing the resource usage in Plesk for a particular domain, where Mailbox quota is listed, there is a - showing under the Used column of the resource usage report.

Can anyone help shed any light on resolving this? Thanks in advance.

I have still not solved this. Does anyone have any suggestions?

I am surprised that no one has been able to assist with this problem.

In older Plesk versions, I used to be able to get a summary report showing the name of each mailbox, and the total space that mailbox is using. In Plesk 9.3, I cannot find out how to get this information.

Can anyone, or Parallels perhaps, possibly be able to help?

Can any others view mailbox quota usage?

Can anyone else view mailbox quota usage in Plesk 9.3? I am still stuck and can't find a way to see this info.

It´s easy, click on the domain that you want, access it, and them click on the Statistics, not the web statistics and others, the Statistics, and will appear above the Summary Report, like as the old versions.

I think that is this that you want.
