Can't access Plesk control panel page

Hi,
I've installed DNS Server on Linux CentOS and it works fine but after installing Plesk 12.5 (manual installation with Full option) I can't access Plesk control panel.
After installation I rebooted the server. Still nothing to show up?

How did you try to login to Plesk? With using hostname or IP address?
What sort of error did you get?

I tried to login by using hostname and IP address. The message is The connection has timed out.

It was firewall problem. I stopped the firewall and it's ok now.
But how can I add a rule for port 8443. I think I added the rule.
