Issue Can´t add subdomains

Hi there
for some reasons i was not able to add subdomains in subscriptions anymore. If i try to do so, it took long time and the result is:
" This operation is taking too long. Check the results in a few minutes."

Could anyone help with that issue?

Using 12.0.18 Update #99 with CentOS 6.9.

pls. consider to inspect your "panel.log", which should point you directly to any issues/errors/problems.

Sometimes, it is as well a good idea to change the log - level ( TEMPORARILY! ), to get more informations in Plesk - log - files:

"Debug" level is normally the level to choose to debug.
