• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Resolved No available subscriptions

I have two subscriptions and have successfully moved several websites from one subscription to the other. I have two more domains to move, but they cannot be moved because when trying to do so, I get a message saying "No available subscriptions". The only option available is to create a new subscription for the domain I am trying to move.

What is going on? I can freely move other domains between the two subscriptions. Neither of the domains that cannot be moved have been migrated.

Any suggestions on how I can fix this?

The images show the move options for two different domains. One can clearly be moved, the other cannot.

Don't worry - problem solved. It turns out the transfer had partially happened when I checked via FTP. The folders had been created on the new subscription but not everything had been transferred. So a new transfer couldn't happen. I deleted the folders via FTP and then I was able to transfer the domains.
