  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.
  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.

Can't change mail account passwords

Hi,

I'm having trouble changing the passwords on mail accounts. If I change password, the changes appear to be saved, but I can't access the maibox via pop/imap using the new password.

If I run mail.sh -i [email protected], it shows the newly set password. So it looks as if Plesk is saving it, but the change isn't propogating to the authentication daemon. If I run mail.sh -u [email protected] -passwd mypassword, this does work

Hi

Could you please run
/usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/mchk --with-spam
and check the issue with password after?
This command should synchronize Plesk CP and Qmail/Postfix configuration

I am having the same problem. Is there anyway to fix this?
