Issue Can't configure IPv4 on Plesk

Ubuntu 22.04.3

Plesk version and microupdate number

Version 18.0.56 Update #4

I can't configure my IPv4 address on my Plesk server. When I add the IP it says: This IP address is not configured properly. Repair


I think this happens for the subnet mask. I made many attempts and followed the documents but failed. please help me to configure my IP address.

I have the same problem in the latest Plesk. I have ordered a second ipv4 address from my service provider, but I can't configure it in Plesk. Can anyone help me?
