Can't connect mysql from remote

Hi,

I have a client who's can't connect yours mysql database from yours office.

I've tried connect to from here and i can't connect to.

I checked the permission and user has "%", tried changed to ip address and still not connect, also i've tried disable firewall and still connect on mysql database.

If i connect from RDP and try everything works fine, so i guess is the permissions problems, but where ?
