Hello!
I am the only person with Plesk-Access to our Server. I can't log in anymore - maybe I changed my Password without remembering it.
So I wanted to login via SSH to reset my password - but the SSH-Port is closed, probably due to the Plesk-Firewall-Settings.
If I activate the RecoveryBoot-Mode, i can access the files of the server (STRATO) via SSH, but the "plesk" command is not available.
Are there any Ideas what I can do to deactivate the Firewall or change the Plesk-Password via File-Access or how I can run the Plesk-Command in the RecoveryBoot-Mode?
Would appreciate every Idea as I am quite desperate.
Best Regards
David
