• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
    If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Hi

Please help in this problem

Internal Plesk error occurred:
mailmng failed: Unable to prepare SQL statement for query 'SELECT id FROM domains WHERE name=?': no such table: domains No such domain 'XXXXXX' in the mail authentication DB Unable to set password for mailname XXXX

Usually such errors occurs after uncompleted and incorrect Plesk upgrade. I can suggest you try upgrade procedure again, check that this 'domains' table is really exists in psa database. It should be there.

Make sure that Plesk version in database and in /usr/local/psa/version the same:

select * from misc where param='version';

cat /usr/local/psa/version

If not - submit ticket to support team, because restoration broken database is very complex procedure.
