Issue Can't create new customers / I'm administrator

Good morning,

I have a rather strange behavior on my Plesk server. I can no longer create customers.
Every time I try to create a customer, I get the error:

As you can see, however, the data is provided by me.
I am also logged in as an administrator
My license (Web Host Edition) includes unlimited users as well as domains etc.
That's why I'm a bit confused right now.

I have already tried different browsers and have also restarted the server.
Does anyone have any idea what could be causing this?
 
You could try to clear the browser cache, disable any browser auto-fill functions including plugins that auto-fill forms, disable a browser antivirus plugin.
 
As already mentioned, I have used different browsers on my Mac in normal user and private tab mode, same error.
I have also restarted my computer and have not installed anti-virus.
 
I believe that a recent update must have gone wrong on your server. You could try to

# plesk installer stop
# plesk repair installation

If problems persist, please check installer logs ('/var/log/plesk/install/plesk_18.0.57_repair.log' and '/var/log/plesk/install/plesk_18.0.57_repair_problems.log') for errors.
If you can't resolve the issue on your own, please address Plesk support.

Still the same issue.
 
If no issues are found by the repair tool, it is very likely a local issue on your system or in your network, maybe the download of a .js file has been blocked.

You could try to use a cell phone to connect directly to a cell, omitting your wifi, then login on the phone and try to create an account. Does it work on the phone? If it does, there is no server-side issue.

If it still does not work, yet the repair tool does not find any issues, a check by a support engineer on your server is required. In that case, please open a ticket with Plesk support.
