• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Ok just trying to wrap my head around the Linux - apache and Plesk interface..

When my server got setup by my hosting company(now in my hands) - my ftp wasnt working so they fixed something, but they won't tell me what as i think i'm supose to know...

I have a ftp user say MOO - but i can't find this users anywhere. As i have suspened the one user i have and the 1 domain i have, but can still log in to my ftp site (psa-proftpd)

Is this a plesk thing or is this a linux/apache thing?

Again still trying to solve this (use to run long time ago windows server with iis 10 years ago)

Ok I i'm the right track.. I DELETE my test domain and user.

Then I created a new DOMAIN and in there there was the FTP user account

Now How can I edit the FTP user account - after the Domain has been created?

is this possible as I can't figure how to edit it and the PAssword after it has been created..

please read the manual !

you will find it under "Domains" -> "yourdomain.tld" -> "Web Hosting Settings"
