Can't find Migration Manager

Maybe it's just me, but I don't see Migration Manager in the Tools & Utilities on 10.2.0. Is there something I need to do to enable it or am I not looking in the right place, or does this not exist for this version?

If it does not exist, what is the best way to migrate from one server running 8.6.0 to a new server running 10.2.0? I preferably want to do it one domain at a time, but I'll take what I can get.
 
Maybe PMM is not installed on your Plesk server? Did you check it in list of Server Components?
