Resolved Can't increase memory_limit value

Hi all!

I have a shop online with Prestashop installed in a CentoOS server with Plesk: and there's a problem with my server configuration:

I need to increse my memory_limit value (actually configured at 256M)

• I've set the value via Plesk to 512M: it doesn't work
• I've set the value via php.ini to 512M: it doesn't work
• I've set the value via .htacces to 512M: it doesn't work
• I've tried to following the changes suggested by this topic of prestashop official forum: How can I solve memory limit problems?

but it doesn't work.

Do you have any suggestions?

Hi

Add next code in a php file and upload to your root server by filezilla:
<?php
phpinfo();
?>

Then go to https://www.yourdomain/phpinfo.php and look in "$_SERVER['HOME']" where is located your web settings file

Is this a shared server? Could be capped by something like CloudLinux, etc.

Oh my god, i was editing the wrong php.ini file.
I feel very stupid right now
