Issue can't install Fail2Ban or "plesk repair installation". Plesk thinks my i am still on version 12.5.30

I can't install Fail2Ban or anything else via Plesk.

plesk repair install exits with result:
Unable to upgrade. You have 12.5.30 version installed,
but the upgrader is incompatible with this version.
Please consider using migration instead of an upgrade.

Any Idea how to solve this?

I'd suggest you contact Plesk Support Team for repairing your broken installation.

But if you are not afraid to broke it more, you can try to fix it by yourself with the following steps:

Add The Plesk 18.0 repo to the /etc/yum.repos.d/plesk.repo like this:

# grep 18 /etc/yum.repos.d/plesk.repo
[PLESK_18_0_23-extras]
name=PLESK_18_0_23 extras
baseurl=Index of /pool/PSA_18.0.23_2339/extras-rpm-CentOS-7-x86_64

Edit the file /usr/local/psa/version and set the version of Plesk reported by the command # plesk version as the following:

# cat /usr/local/psa/version
18.0.23 CentOS 7 1800200206.14

Re-installe package:

# yum reinstall plesk-release

Run post-install check:

# /usr/local/psa/bootstrapper/pp18.0.23-bootstrapper/bootstrapper.sh post-install

Install latest update:

# plesk installer update

i have changed the version manually.

i was able to install Fail2Ban via GUI

but
#yum reainstall plesk-release did't work

when is start plesk installer from terminal it says:

i have also a new problem.

If i enable Plesk Premium Antivirus, no mail is delivered

Thats right! But i didn't start the autoinstaller via web.

Funny fact about the DrWEB Antivirus.
DrWEB couldn't connect to the socket, since it was used by Grafana.( Plesk Advanced Monitoring).

I removed Advanced Monitoring via Plesk and Grafana via yum.
Now it works.
I wonder how Grafana coexisted so long with DrWEB? They must have changed something after the Update.

The Docker issue is quiet easy to solve. My Hoster uses the old virtuozzo 3 Platform for my virtual Host.
In a few weeks i will change to a fresh Cento OS 8 Server. I hope that things work out better there.
