Hi,

Is there something specific in your log files?
Please try this:
1. Increase debug level for Plesk interface using: http://kb.odin.com/120101
2. Reproduce the issue
3. Check logs from "control panel" section: http://kb.odin.com/en/111283

Do not forget to disable debug mode after investigation, because it produces a lot of info to logs.

Related Logs:
    • Error log: /var/log/sw-cp-server/error_log and /var/log/sw-cp-server/sw-engine.log
    • Access log: /usr/local/psa/admin/logs/httpsd_access_log
    • Panel log: /usr/local/psa/admin/logs/panel.log

How can there be that when its a newly installed CentOS 6.6 with Plesk 12.0.8 MU#39

Cant fix it, what can it be...

I have tried reinstall, different mirrors to install, and getting pretty frustrated at this point!

I get these errors every single time in /var/log/sw-cp-server/error_log(masked my ip's)
2015/04/02 04:14:28 [error] 7882#0: *26 recv() failed (104: Connection reset by peer) while reading response header from upstream, client: mmm.mmm.mmm.mmm, server: , request: "POST /server/key_upload.php HTTP/1.1", upstream: "fastcgi://unix:/var/run/sw-engine.sock:", host: "mmm.mmm.mmm.mmm:8443", referrer: "https://mmm.mmm.mmm.mmm:8443/server/key_upload.php"
2015/04/02 04:16:41 [error] 7882#0: *83 recv() failed (104: Connection reset by peer) while reading response header from upstream, client: mmm.mmm.mmm.mmm, server: , request: "POST /server/key_upload.php HTTP/1.1", upstream: "fastcgi://unix:/var/run/sw-engine.sock:", host: "mmm.mmm.mmm.mmm:8443", referrer: "https://mmm.mmm.mmm.mmmt:8443/server/key_upload.php"

Seriously, it has to be a Plesk Panel problem...

No, on a dedicated server from OVH.

Hardware:
Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E5-1650
64 GB DDR3 ECC
2 * 2 TB Enterprise DISKS

Dash or IgorG

Do you have any ideas/solution/suggestions/microupdate?

Can not use the server with faults like that :(

I have tried for the 8th time to reinstall CentOS 6.6 and Plesk 12.0.18 with the same result, i need a solution now.

Can i please get a status on this problem, that it is a Plesk Panel problem!

Now i have applied this http://kb.odin.com/en/124376 and it works, but im not sure if its is a good idea to this???

I can only recommend to create a request to support team to do in-depth investigation to find the reason and to fix it. Please create a ticket to support at https://www.odin.com/support/request/ .
You may have free support, please check what kind of Plesk license you use for available support options at http://kb.odin.com/en/121580 .
If there’s no free support in your case, you can order Plesk per-incident support at http://www.odin.com/support/buy-support/ Support team will contact you as soon as purchase is processed, and they will do the best to resolve it.
If it is found that your problem was caused by product bug w/o available solution or workaround from Parallels, then your purchase will be re-funded.

Just wanted to comment I had the exact issue as above on a fresh install of Plesk 12.5.30, also on an OVH dedicated server like @foxlol. Xeon D-1540 on Debian 8.1.

The fix above by @dash worked perfectly. Would be good if another KB article could be written that references the error directly.

in my case also @dash solution did the trick. (i also have OVH dedicated server) i spend hours to resolve this problem:) thanks:)

Yes OVH ship there own custom kernel on most of there templates it includes the grs hardening as well as support for the ixgbe network card. The grs hardening seems to be incompatible with the license manager at least and turning off kernel.grsecurity.harden_ptrace seems to fix it as dash explains. I Just spent a whole night reinstalling to find this out!
