Issue Can't install Plesk

I am trying to install Plesk and when everything is downloaded i get the errors:

Error:
Cannot read Plesk version information. PRODUCT_ROOT_D value does not exist.

This may happen if there is not enough free disk space on the Plesk server.
To check if there is enough disk space, run the commands:

# df -h
# df -i

Thank you the reply but disk space is not an issue, the disk is empty, its only windows 2012 installed and there is a lot of empty space

1. Make sure that there is not firewall or antivirus that may block installation.
2. Enable Windows Updates in Start > All Programs > Windows Update > Turn on.
3. Install all the required updates, reboot the server.
4. Check if the manual installation of C:\ProgramData\Plesk\Installer\cache\pool\release\PLESK-WIN_18.0.35_6022\thirdparty-windows-x86_64\vcredist160-14.27.29112_x86.exe is possible. If yes, proceed with Plesk installation.

So, vcredist160-14.27.29112_x86.exe is successfully installed, right? And there are no related error messages in C:\ProgramData\Plesk\Installer\autoinstaller3.log?
In this case, what sort of errors in C:\ProgramData\Plesk\Installer\autoinstaller3.log now?

But what is the status of this point?

When I say that did not help, issue persists, that's what I had done. Tried installing the file manually. Double click on the file, try to install it. Fails as appears in the attachment

Something wrong with your Windows installation.
vcredist160-14.27.29112_x86.exe must be installed for successful Plesk installation.

Switched to Win2016 and all good.
