can't install Tomcat Addon with 1and1 server package

hi,
I am using 1and1co.uk business root server,which is Fedora core 4 with Plesk 8.0.1 installed by default.
But the Plesk 8.0.1 was installed as a basic system.i don't have a tomcat add on with that. when i tried to purchase a tomcat support by online,i am getting following error.

Unable to perform upgrade.

but the 1and1 hosting providers only support for Hardware issues.
