cant install with autoinstaller

I downloaded the autoinstaller, but can't get it to work.

I decided to install via the tar.gz method. Done.

Now, can't access web interface

http://64.64.xxx.xxx/login

Doesn't work. I installed httpd, mysql, etc all requirements.
