Cant login from domain

i can login to plesk using the ip:

https://xx.xx.xx.xx:8443

But i can't login using a domain, the domain resolves to the same ip.

http://abcde.com:8443

i see the page with the user and password, i enter the same user and the same password but when i click on enter i get the same login page.

Any suggestions?

i user plesk 9.2.1 for windows in a VPS.

You should use https:// for domain name too.

Yes i use https, i can view the login page, but when i click in login (with the correct user and password), i receive the the same login page again.

Did you tried other browsers? Is there any suspicious in Event Viewer and Plesk logs?

Yes i had tried with FF, IE, Opera with the same result.
