Can't login from outside & How to give users access to gamserver

Hi

I just installed Plesk and besides that it can't find any Frontpage extensions which I just installed before, I can't connect from anywhere else that the server. I'm trying to write the IP and port 8443 but wont work.

Also, how do I give a user access to special items such as a game server?
