Cant login mysql except root acc. after update

i updated mysql on my own. it works very fine but when i can create database and user from clients, but the problem is when i want to use that user i cannot login.

in phpmyadmin

#1045 - Access denied for user 'wwwulus'@'localhost' (using password: YES)

error occurs

what can i do? please help.
