Resolved cant login nor reset password

Hi,
Despite I'm user of plesk, I can't login to plesk (odin) website (https://shop.plesk.com/login) to manage my invoices and billings, when I try to reset my password it says my e-mail does not belong to an account,and this is despite I use the email registered for Odin,the same email where I get all my invoices.
There is not support address where to ask help for this problem, so Im posting this here.
Can someone help me to get in touch with them or tell me how can I solve this issue?
