can't login through outlook

Hi all,

I have some trouble in here, i can't login my email through outlook . there are an error, says that there is no responses from my server, and when i restart my courier-imap services . it works again but just for 1-5 minutes and then it won't work again . Is there any clue or solution for that ?

Tail your maillog file. $PSAROOT/var/log/maillog

When it fails is the courier service still running? Also look in syslogs for any service failures. What OS and version of PSA are you running?
 
When it fails, the courier didn't stop and it didn't show any error . I am using RH 9 and my plesk version is 7.5.4 .

But when I restart my httdp service it works again, and can last longer than when i restart courier service .

Is there any connection between httpd and courier services ?
