Can't login to CBM

I'm running 12.0.18 Update #58. When I try to connect to the CBM (i.e., by clicking a link in the left panel that relates to the CBM) it brings up the CBM login page with the error "Credentials for application's account are required."

How can I fix this?

Unfortunately - neither option worked. Still trying to figure this one out. ;(

Now much of the time the error is invalid password. When I do the 'forgot password' link, it says the address wasn't found - but then sends an email with a new temp pass.
 
I finally got it fixed. I ended up changing the CBM password at command line :

/usr/share/plesk-billing/update-admin --password <samepasswordasplesk>

and it now works. Strange...
