can't mail password or login

Hello, i have one email account that is not authorizing, i have tried changing the password but still no joy?

Have checked details and they are all correct so not sure why this account will not authorize?

any ideas?

Try to check it with telnet session, try to investigate maillog, try to recreate this account, try to rebuild mailsettings with mchk.
