• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Can't remove old IP address

The IP addresses changed on our server. Before running reconfigurator.pl I hit the Reread IP button. I was able to remove one of the old IP but I can't seem to remove the old primary IP which is shown in bold. I have moved all domains and clients off of that IP to the new IP hoping that would fix it but I am still unable to remove it. Any help would be very much appreciated.

I tried replacing the license with one with the new IP address and that didn't seem to work either. It also still shows the old IP as the default IP under hostname (which I am able to change) when I log in as an administrator on the first screen.
