• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Can't Retrieve Key 9.3.0

I click 'Retrieve Keys' on the licence management page and keep getting the following error:

The version of your installed software is 9.3 for Unix/Linux, but the current license version is 10.0-* for Unix/Linux. Upgrades from 10.0-* for Unix/Linux to 9.3 for Unix/Linux are not available for this license

Does this mean the licence is to new for my Plesk version?

How do I fix this as I can't create any new domains.
Found this post but still doesn't make sense.
I'm guessing it's something via SSH but am still a very new user to it.

Can anyone explain, as you would to an idiot, or offer another solution?

I suggest you contact your sales representative. He will check status of your license in Parallels Key Administrator and help you.
