Can't run backup

Hi,

I ran the plesk backup one time no problem. Now i went to run another backup and when i go in under remote desktop and click on "plesk backup" i get an hour glass for a second then nothing. The backup program never loads. I have acronis backup on the server also and that says "not found". Also when i use windows explorer to look at plesk under mysql it will not allow me access to view any files there.

Can someone please help?
