Can't set permision for any folders

I upgrade from plesk 7.0.3 -> 7.5.1. I had some domains on that server, after upgrade finish i get error when i click to lock icon. Here is error: filemng util failed: filemng util failed: Unable to lookup name for SID: (1332) No mapping between account names and security IDs was done

And some website can't ftp. When i ftp i can ftp but i can't upload
 
I had this issue too (wrong SID). After some screwing around, I've found permissions of deleted windows user on this folder, so I've deleted this permissions and now Plesk File browser rises up without errors. Try this, hope it helps.
