Can't switch to PowerUser mode

I can't find how to swith my Plesk into PowerUser mode. There is no such menu in Tools & Settings -> Interface Management. This is what I see:

I had bought Web Pro Edition license so I can host up to 10 domains but while adding of new domain I'm getting the next issue:

Can you tell me what is going on? I'm using the same license and everything is fine there.

Do you mean swtch from PowerUser mode to Service Provider Management mode?
Look at this article http://kb.odin.com/121897 and make sure that you have correct edition with ability for subscriptions, service plans, resellers, etc. management.

I have just compared all versions of Plesk license. In my version I can't turn on Service Provider mode, yes. But for some reason I can't even add additional domain to my Plesk. It says than I can add up to 10 domains. I have the same type of license on my another server and I'm able to add more than 1 domains there.

I tried the next:
1. Installed clean CentOS, installed Plesk 12
2. While fresh installation Plesk asked me about default domain, I put domain.tld
3. I migrated my account from cPanel to Plesk.
4. Deleted domain.tld

For some reason I can add additional domains being under domain.tld but when I deleted it I got only migrated domain active. The situation repeats, and now I can't create additional domains again.
I successfully migrated one more domain to that Plesk panel, but I can't create new domain. It looks like absurd. Maybe I need to set some special permissions to my domain to became it as main domain on my server or something like that?

I'm facing the same problem. I installed 5 instances of Plesk Web Admin Edition. TRansferred accounts from my cPanel to them. Now I can't change mail limit for newly transferred account. On WHM they were Unlimited, but under Please they were set to 0 (e.g. mailbox sizes). I tried everything.

Go to Subscriptions -->> select Domain -->> change plan -->> select "Add-ons".
But THERE IS NO Subscriptions menu at all.
My solution was:

1. I requested the 15 day tral license for Plesk. Because of that ut was possible for me to switch to the next interface:

2. The I set the Unlimited plan for my problematic account.

I assigned back Plesk Web Admin Edition license and as expected the left column dissapeared:

Try to use something like

# plesk bin subscription --switch-subscription domain.com -service-plan Unlimited
