• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Can't uninstall/delete plugin

goody

New Pleskian
Hi, currently I installed Health Check.

In Wordpress Toolkit > Plugins tab I can see the plugin is still there so I try to delete it and I get this message "Unable to uninstall plugin health-check from WordPress instance #1 ('Web Hosting, Domain Name Registration - MyDomain.com'): Warning: The 'health-check' plugin could not be found. Error: No plugins uninstalled."

Deactivating it I get Error: The 'health-check' plugin could not be found.

The plugin was initially installed via Wordpress Admin as I normally would do but possibly something in Plesk is preventing from working properly, so I am trying to figure out what is happening why I can't use the plugin, but now I am faced with the error with Toolkit.

Any help is appreciated.

Have you tried to click the "Refresh" icon in Wordpress Toolkit so that Wordpress Toolkit represents the actual content of the Wordpress installation? You might see components there that no longer exist if the view has not been refreshed.

Thank you!, refreshing icon did the trick. Though now not sure why this plugin doesn't work on my website, it works on my other webs. Could it be the toolkit interfering with it?
