can't Update licence key

Hi,
here the mail i have read from my server :

Impossible de mettre à jour PLSK.01210882.0013. Une erreur s'est produite lors du traitement de votre clé. Vous pouvez essayer de la mettre à jour ultérieurement.

When i try to retrieve the licence key in plesk panel i have this :

Statut de mise à jour de la licence
This license key is detected as terminated. No further actions with this license key are allowed

Can you help me?

My server is at 1and1

1und1 does not support plesk10 till now as i know. contact 1und1 support if it is possible to upgrade your license

if you want install key via ssh you can use keymng utility:

/usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/keymng -h
