Question Can't update prefix when thread "issue" becomes "Resolved"

How do I update my Original post on this forum to mark it as "Resolved" when an answer works. I can't edit the original post after 4 minutes. So its still marked as an issue. How do I fix this?

The thread status is managed by forum moderators. They'll mark threads as resolved on users behalf.
