Catch-all not working on additional subscription domains

Hi, I have the same problem described here:

I trying to solve the problem fixing the psa.Parameters table, however i cannot find the relation between id on Parameters table and domains table. Any idea?

Is there any documentation or does anybody know how the psa.Parameters table can be joined with the psa.domains table?
