Catchall address bounce emails

Hi all

I have an email box as catchall defined. If I email to an not existing address now I get a bounce. I use for it outlook. If I use a webmailer like gmx the mail goes to the catchall box.
The bounce says "sorry no mailbox here by that name"

Where is the problem?

in the log files stands nothing remarkable. Maybe the bounce is not loged.
