CBM Invoicing Not Working

Customer Business Manager is not generating invoices. 10.4.4 Update #32.

I have a months worth of past due invoices that never automatically processed.

If I try to generate invoices, it says: Number of invoices to generate 0.

Ideas? obviously CBM is useless without this function...

I think this <http://kb.parallels.com/en/113872> article addresses the issue, but there is not an attached script (non-invoiceable-subscriptions.php) to download. Where can I find it?

There is zip file:

1. Download this non-invoiceable-subscriptions.zip archive and unzip it into the following directory:
On Linux - /usr/share/plesk-billing/
