Centos 7 Plesk 12.5.30 FTP does not work

I installed on a CentOS 7 plesk 12.5.30 but ftp server does not work

Have you tried restart proftpd service at least? Any errors in logs? Look at this thread - https://talk.plesk.com/threads/plesk-12-5-rtm-cannot-connect-to-ftp.334726 You can find much useful information for troubleshooting there.

Add Allow from all ports rule with your IP in Plesk Firewall.
I had the same problem and it worked for me.
